Shipping/Delivery Policy
- For your convenience, YES (Al Yousfi Enterprise Solutions) offers delivery and installation service to all locations in Kuwait.
- Shipping, customs/taxes is customers’ responsibility for delivery of items for out side Kuwait limit.
- YES may store your purchases for up to 20 days. After this period a 10 KD fee for each additional week of storage is applicable.
- You can reschedule your delivery at least 48hrs before your appointment by calling 1833433. A 10KD rescheduling fee will apply if you miss the delivery for any reason.
- Urgent or Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- YES relinquishes all responsibilities for good purchased and not delivered within 6 weeks.
- Please ensure the location is easily accessible as the delivery team is not responsible for re-arrange / re-location.
- Kindly ensure the item will fit into your space as no refunds will be issued.
- We do not accept payments by cheque or gift vouchers.
- In case the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes with your ordered Products. Non-availability or inability to establish contact during that time will prompt him to depart and you have to contact the customer support team by calling 1833433.
