Our engineering services group has built a highly sophisticated central workshop and warehouse at Amghara. The workshop has 3 floors covering 15,220 sq. m of fabrication space to yield 16 tons of productions per day. It is equipped with the following facilities:

RECTANGULAR AIR DUCTS
Al-Yousifi with over 37 years of expertise is capable of producing 16 tons of ductwork per day. Al-Yousifi has a fully capable factory for fabricating all of your rectangular duct needs in addition to our core products of round duct. Straight ducts & fittings are manufactured from galvanized steel sheet in accordance with ASTM 653 as standard supplied with factory applied sealant on all longitudinal joints for S & Drive slip ducts and on transverse joints for all flanged end ducts & fittings. Construction schedule is based on SMACNA & DW 144 standards. They may be supplied either fully assembled form or knocked down form for straight ducts (will be assembled on site). The fittings are delivered fully assembled with factory applied sealant. Rectangular straight ducts are used for HVAC air distribution systems.

GRILLES & DIFFUSERS
Al-Yousifi specialist in the manufacturing of air outlets. We are capable of producing all kind of grilles, diffuser, louvers & air filter of extruded aluminum with mill finish. We are able to manufacture standard air outlets as per our range of the products and as per the project requirement.
Design and selection of air distribution items is a challenge for mechanical engineers. Efficiency to meet space requirement as well as architectural features which decide the interior design all will be considered in the Selection and choice of air distribution equipment.
In an HAVC system, failure of the entire HAVC system can be attributed to the wrong selection of air out-lets.
