1) Low Price Match Guarantee is limited to one price match per item per guest ( ie. An individual buyer cannot claim on more than 1 item) and it does not apply to Limited Stock, Out of Stock, Deal of the Day/ Hourly Deals, Sale, Bundles, Free gifts, Coupon Promotions , Cash back, Debit/Credit Card Offers , Occasions / Festivals (National Day, New Year, Eid etc).
2) Sometimes we may face errors such as Pictures, Information, and Pricing etc of the Products on the website at the time of System Update. In such cases YES has full rights to cancel the order/purchase. YES will try to resolve such errors in the best way possible and also expect the support and cooperation from the customer in such cases.
Return Policy
1. Time Frame should not exceed 5 days from the date of receipt
2. The original Invoice/Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges; a valid photo ID is also preferable.
3. Returned products must be “as new” condition, in original packing and with warranty cards, manuals & accessories.
4. When a promotional item is returned (in case of the promotion duration is passed), the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount
5. Free Items that were given with purchased items must also be returned, and if those free of charge items were not “as new”, there might be an additional charges.
6. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of the refund
7. Some customers will be warned that subsequent returns will not be eligible for returns or exchange, YES reserves the right to deny any return or exchange
Non-returnable Items:
• Any type of Digital Cards.
• Consumable items just like batteries
• Items that are damaged & abused
• Items that are missing accessories such as cords & cables
• Opened computer software
Return Process:
1. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
2. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories
3. The original Invoice/Original receipt should be available
4. Fill a return form which is attached with your receipt or call 1833433 to ask for a new one.
5. Submit report to customer service to initiate bank refund.
Installation Charges:
- Standard installation is free of charge; however, if you require non-standard installation charges will apply. For non-standard installation you will have to take an estimation with out technical staff before finalizing order.
- Installation charge is for maximum one day, 8 hours only.
- Installation charge includes operating and maintenance training.
- The amount is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted for any other products, spares or items.
